The Project
To carry out external refurbishments to a grade ii listed building as well as the accompanying non-listed section.

The Process
All works were carried out as per the specification provided by the surveyor. The works included:

  • Timber repairs
  • Metal work
  • Brick repairs and re-pointing
  • Roof work
  • Redecoration of all pre painted surfaces

The majority of work was carried out with a cherry picker by our certified staff

The Challenge
Being a grade ii listed building, all finishes had to be in keeping with the integrity of the building. Therefore, we had to use specific materials and methods in order to achieve this. We managed to achieve the desired look on the non-listed section by mixing a dye which was then applied to all replacement bricks to give them the desired appearance.

Having used Jaggar and worked with them on previous  projects , I was assured that they would  offer Vision and my clients a quality service. They always work  to a very high standard as and I was able to contact a  senior member of staff to deal with any queries to  ensure the job ran smoothly and the concerns of my clients were being addressed.”  R.
