Structural alterations and re-builds

At Jaggar, we understand every building is different and therefore so is its structural integrity.

If any kind of building work is required, the structural integrity of the building in question needs to be understood. If a wall is required to be removed to make an open plan layout in a residential dwelling for example, how this wall supports the rest of the property will need to be considered.

With our expertise, we can guide, liaise and make all arrangements with relevant structural engineers and other relevant authorities to ensure the works required are intrinsic to the building. If a lintel or RSJ needs installing, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Similarly, if you have already appointed architects and/or structural engineers, we will collaborate and work to their specification to ensure that your desired outcome is achieved.
